Long Marston Ladies

WHO ARE WE?

We are the Long Marston Ladies of course!

The Long Marston Ladies group was founded in 2011 by Angela Kierans and Sheila Spittle who have both lived in the village for a long time.

They identified a need for a group where ladies could meet informally for topics ranging from: talks by local producers to fashion shows, wine tasting to food tasting, quizzes to social evenings.

The group is open to any ladies from the village and surrounding areas, ages 14 or over with no upper limit!
A yearly membership system operates at £25 (includes all meetings and a subsidised Christmas meal.), however there is also the option to pay at each meeting you attend (£4 as a guest on the evening).

Long Marston Ladies is a non profit making organisation, money raised covers the cost of running the group. We dedicate one month a year to raise funds for a charity voted by our ladies.

There are other benefits to joining our group:
-      Commission free Sales Table
-      Lunch Club
-      Theatre Visits
-      Regular Outings
-      Swimming group at a private pool
-      Subsidised Christmas Meal with Membership

The Long Marston Ladies also operate a book library from the village bus shelter and this is available for villagers to use.
