Andy a sub mariner told of life below the sea for long periods and how all the sub mariners form a strong bond of companionship in this elite club.
After retiring he felt he needed to be on land and a yearn for adventure lead him to Everest and Kilimanjaro to name just two of his many destinations.
He explained how he had to train very hard to be fit enough to tackle the harsh mountain conditions.
